You should!  It is available for $19.99 via the Mac App Store.  Did you recently buy a new laptop betwen June 11, 2012 and July 25, 2012, or after July 26, 2012 that did not come equipped with Mountain Lion?  Well, you can request the software for free via https://www.apple.com/osx/uptodate/.
