Enhancing brand awareness and generating content on behalf of Rent.

The Challenge:

Rent. was looking for an ongoing increase in brand awareness and quality engagement amongst target audiences. In addition to ongoing awareness-driving tactics, our campaign also aimed to provide Rent. with a library of usable content for organic social efforts.

The Solution:

We leveraged the influential voices of apartment-dwelling content creators who were either on the search for a new apartment or had experienced apartment-hunting difficulty in the past to position Rent. as the must-use app when searching for your next apartment.

The Approach:

We partnered with a diverse set of engagement driving nano, micro and mid-tier influencers who were current renters, to reach key audiences outside of owned social media platforms through unique Instagram Reel, Instagram Story, and TikTok content that highlighted the features and benefits of using Rent. Assets were deployed for three months and drove followers to learn more about and use Rent.

The Results:

Our influencer campaign with Rent. was a huge success, exceeding a majority of KPIs, such as engagement and reach rates, and generating strong awareness. It also drove positive and action-oriented social buzz with users commenting things like, “I just downloaded it thank u for making this video” and “Wait I’m moving soon, this is so helpful”!
