As many of you may know, Socialfly was founded in 2012 by two female entrepreneurs, Courtney Spritzer and Stephanie Cartin. In just nine years, our agency has grown exponentially, helping brands of all sizes achieve their business goals by way of social media marketing. While Socialfly has never claimed to specialize in one specific industry (why choose one when you can have them all?), we’ve noticed a common denominator among the brands and companies that we work with: their desire in reaching women audiences.
Women are an incredibly powerful demographic. Not only do they drive nearly 85% of all consumer purchasing (even areas traditionally marketed at men are purchased by women 50% of the time), but they also control about a third of total U.S. household financial assets – a number that could triple by the end of the decade. According to a recent report, businesses that prepare for the transition of wealth to women could see 4x faster revenue growth. Why, then, do 9 out of 10 female consumers feel misunderstood by advertisers?
That’s where we come in.
As a women-owned and operated company, we’re setting the new standard for reaching and engaging women audiences on social media. Understanding what women want and what drives them, we know how to convert this demographic into engaged customers and brand advocates.
In the midst of Women’s History Month, we’re so excited to put a stake in the ground and own this space. Join us in our new mission to empower and enable women to feel genuinely seen, heard and supported on social media.
