With over 20 years of industry experience, Joanne began her professional career in employment law and entrepreneurship. In 2016 Joanne joined Socialfly to build an influencer marketing division for the agency. During her time as Director of Influencer Marketing, Joanne led strategic influencer campaigns for brands including Conair, Discovery, Vera Bradley, Karl Lagerfeld Paris and Dolby.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Joanne oversees recruiting, human resources, contract negotiations and business operations. She is focused on ensuring the team is always ready to execute strategic and social savvy work on behalf of our clients.

Her counsel has propelled marquee brands—Nordstrom, RE/MAX, Discover Card, Gap Inc., Vail Resorts and Dish Network—delivering double‑digit lifts in brand growth and ROI through digital campaigns across paid search and social, programmatic display, SEO and content marketing channels.

As Director of Organic Social and Content Strategy, Clara brings her past experience in film and television development to short-form, bite-sized content and social campaigns that drive impact and influence. With a passion for both visual and data-driven storytelling, she combines insights, performance, and creative acumen to help guide organic social strategy and content execution for our clients across healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, and CPG.
Clara joins the team with over 12 years of agency experience leading organic social and influencer strategy for brands such as Westin Hotels, Netflix, Tishman Speyer/Rockefeller Center, Champagne Taittinger, Ralph Lauren, and more. She continues to evolve with the changing tides of social media with an insatiable curiosity for what’s next in social and culture at-large.

Melanie’s background includes both agency and in-house roles, most notably leading global digital marketing efforts at CHANEL. In her Account Director role, she has partnered with global brands—from fashion and beauty, CPG, hospitality to energy—crafting campaigns that balance elegance with impact. Her work is grounded in a relationship-first approach, tailoring bespoke strategies that align closely with each client’s vision and business goals.

Kevin is an Associate Creative Director with over a decade of experience in branding, graphic design, and visual communication. He began his career in Ecuador as Head of Brand for Ernst & Young and a designer at Ogilvy & Mather before relocating to New York, where he has held senior creative roles across leading agencies.
Kevin has led multidisciplinary teams in developing strategic, design-driven solutions for clients including Stoli Vodka, Wicked on Broadway, Beetlejuice on Broadway, and the Museum of Ice Cream. Bilingual and highly collaborative, he is known for his ability to align creative execution with brand objectives, delivering work that is both visually impactful and results-driven.
He holds a degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication and serves as a jury member for the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts.
