Tapping influencers as recruitment drivers!

The Challenge

Aiming to support recruitment efforts, Aspen Dental was looking to build deeper relationships with potential candidates and enhance its reputation and awareness in the academic community.

The Solution

Over the course of three dynamic campaigns, all executed within the same calendar year, we strategically partnered with a standout collective of dental students, each boasting strong, authentic Instagram followings. 31 unique creators, ranging from rising micro-influencers to established voices in the dental space (2K–115K followers) produced compelling, community-driven content to elevate Aspen Dental’s evergreen messaging and drive awareness around college recruitment events.

The Results

Together, the creators produced 123 pieces of compelling, on-brand content that truly resonated with their audiences—driving 143K total video views, 442K total impressions, and over 16K engagements, with an impressive 3% average engagement rate. Most notably, the content achieved a 143% view rate, dramatically surpassing the industry benchmark of 20%. These standout results not only exceeded expectations across the board but also solidified Aspen Dental’s relevance and resonance with the next generation of dental professionals.
